Yes, the existing team remained on board during the change of operator. Many of the people who know and shape the house are therefore still there for you.
Major structural changes were not planned for the time being after the takeover. The CROSS INN retains its own character while at the same time introducing the personal hospitality of Hackmann Hotels into everyday hotel life.
The name refers to Osnabrück as a place where paths and people meet. “by Hackmann” shows that the hotel belongs to our family-run hotel group.
